I don’t know about you, but it’s like mainstream media isn’t even trying anymore.
Trying to hide their motive or trying to even write articles with journalistic rigor.
So it’s a problem when you quiet quit and it’s a problem when you loud quit. The moral of the story seems to be this: “sit down and accept poverty”.
The majority of these articles spawn from a Gallup survey that surveyed 122,000 workers and found that 1 in 5 has ‘loud quit’, which is leaving the company while disrupting it in the process.
Here’s a quote from Yahoo Finance quoting Gallup:
“They aren’t just unhappy at work. They are resentful that their needs aren’t being met and are acting out their unhappiness,” Gallup noted. “Every day, these workers potentially undermine what their engaged coworkers accomplish.”

It seems that they again miss the mark. Time after time, mainstream media fails to grasp the real reasons that employees feel frustrated.
