The names of the two individuals responsible for guaranteeing Sam Bankman-Fried’s release both have ties to Standford and to the family.
The two guarantors are Larry Kramer and Andreas Paepcke.
Kramer is the former dean of Standford Law School and Paepcke is a research scientist at Standford.
In a quote to CNBC, Kramer says that he helped SBF after years of his family having supported him.
